Rape, what is it?
Is it a Crime? Or Activity? Or an Art? Or a Time Pass???
In which one party is enjoying his act or we say showing his sickness to the other party i.e. a girl or shows his so-called masculinity. I think they don’t know the exact meaning of masculinity otherwise they don’t RAPE for that.
Do you know where this act came into existence? How someone can think of such a shameful, disgusting act. RAPE terminology was used by Greeks for women and men.
Just to prove your superiority to another just destroy the self-respect of that person. It is seriously shameful.
First, we have to know WHAT RAPE IS.
According to Indian Penal Code, there are six conditions or circumstances falling under they consider it as RAPE.
- Against her will.
- Without her consent.
- With her consent provided by the fear of death or hurt.
- With her consent is given because she believes that he is another man for whom she is or believes herself to be lawfully married.
- With her consent by giving her some drugs, intoxication or when she was unable to understand the nature and consequences.
- With or without her consent if she is below 16 years of age.
- If any rape case comes in these 6 conditions then according to Indian Penal Code it’s a crime and you can file the case against that person.
But in all these circumstances marital rape and same-sex crimes are excluded.
Now think what kind of society we are trying to make? What kind of upbringing we are given to our kids whether it’s a boy or a girl. Both need to understand the importance of this crime.
Not only girls but now the time demands, in fact, it’s high time to teach our boys more than to teach girls. They need to understand how to respect girls and this starts from home.
Children are very kind and delicate from heart & body but they are like blank paper whatever they visualize or hear they grasp it immediately. So it’s really important to understand what kind of words you are using in front of them and what kind of act you performed. Kids learned from their parents a lot. So if you want to teach them about respecting girls then first all fathers need to start respecting women in the home- mother, sister, wife or daughter. When kids see you respecting females gradually they started their learning too.
Similarly, mothers need to teach them also. It’s not that if you have a boy then you don’t need to worry about his upbringing, in fact, you need to more cautious nowadays if you have a boy. And send your kids to co-ed schools irrespective of boy or girl. He or She needs to understand both the genders equally. Never encourage them for any wrong deed. They need to understand the difference between good or bad.
Instead of stopping girls from this or that we need to teach boys first and if everyone starts this practice in his or her home then soon we will make a healthy country to live for our females. Then we can make RAPE FREE INDIA soon.
