Delhi World Book Fair 2018- A Call For Environmental Awareness

National Book Trust (NBT) in association with India Trade Promotion Organisation, is back with New Delhi World Book Fair 2018 for Delhiites bibliophiles. The Delhi Book Fair is here to rekindle your love for books. Walk through stalls of many publishers across from India and the world, which are head to the Capital’s Pragati Maidan. 26th World Book Fair theme is on environmental issues such as climate change, global warming, and water pollution. The decorations inside the hall have been done in a way to inspire people to protect water, air, flora, and fauna. This book fair is not only rich with books but it spreads a message to save the environment in order to save mankind. More than five hundred books in various languages, all focusing on the environment, is available in the hall. Not all the books at the book fair are exclusive and price. There were book stalls where you can exchange books, buy second-hand books and even buy new books at throwaway prices. Many stalls offer as many as three books at the price of a meager Rs. 100 and are the most crowded. Golden opportunity for students who only have pocket money to work with.
